The KemLock dispensing system can be easily installed and becomes a permanent part of the chemical feed line connection and the dispenser. The insert has a durable design that can stand up to the toughest environments. And the additional threads ensures a perfect connection easily every time. KemLock inserts have a chemical resistant valve which guarantees the chemical stays in the feed line and will not leak when changing the container.
How does it work?
KemLock is a three-step system
The Lock
An insert forms a seal in the neck of the container to ‘lock’ the chemical to prevent spills and leaks.
The Key Cap
The cap is placed on container connecting dosing tube to uptake valve assembly – unlocking the product.
The Result
A consistent and reliable dosing system using a draw-tube attached to the insert – so no requirement of withdrawing uptake tubes, eliminating spills, drips and the chance of product contact by staff.
