This competition is conducted by Chemical Solutions Ltd and is open to customers of Provet only. Competition closes 5pm Friday 31st July 2015. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age will be required before the prize is dispatched.
Entries will be accepted online as advertised. No late entries will be received and the Publisher accepts no responsibility for non-receipt of entries.
All qualifying entrants who answer the 3 questions correctly will be placed in a free prize draw. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw taking place and by 5pm Friday 4th August 2015 at the latest. The prize is valued at $1000 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The competition is not open to anyone employed by or contracted to Chemical Solutions Ltd or Provet. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to communications beyond the control of the Publisher.
Winner must use the prize within 12 months, after which the prize is null and void. All entrants accept without reservation all the terms and conditions as specified.

One Travel Voucher to the value of $1000, redeemable only from the Flight Center. Dates of travel and flights are subject to availability.
